HR- and Office- Administrator (m/w/d) – 16 to 20 hours
You are an indispensable link within our organisation. As an HR & Office Administrator (m/f/d), you will take care of all administrative processes relating to your colleagues and the office.
You are highly organised, with excellent administrative skills, and you know better than anyone how to bring structure to a wide range of tasks. Your positive energy is contagious and inspires our team. You are helpful, trustworthy, and quick to understand what needs to be done, allowing you to work independently and proactively.
Your Mission:
- Recording and monitoring working hours and sickness absence
- Reviewing submitted expense and travel claims
- Preparing and managing employment contracts and related documentation
- Organising and monitoring the progress of recruitment processes
- Preparing payroll documentation
- Welcoming guests and managing appointments and email inboxes
- Answering, handling, and/or forwarding incoming telephone calls
What you should bring:
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and relevant professional experience
- A careful, independent working style with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in German and English
